Privacy: Please rest assure that I:Soul Naturals will never share your personal information with a third party.

Returns:  Due to the nature of the products that we sell, we are unable to accept returns. In the rare event that you are unhappy with a product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and we'll do our very best to work with you to make sure you're happy with your order.

Order processing and shipping: While some of our products are made to order, we do have items that are ready to ship. We typically ship on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. If your order is delayed for any reason, we will contact you via the email provided with your order.

We often post handcrafted soaps that are still curing. These soaps are allowed to be purchased, however they will not be shipped until their official cure date. Listings for these soaps will note the expected cure date.

We currently use USPS Parcel Post and USPS Flat Rate Priority mail to ship our products. We aim to provide you with the most economical shipping. Should your order require a higher shipping cost, we will notify you and invoice you accordingly. We follow the same process should you pay too much in shipping.

We also design and craft soaps and soap favors for whatever you imagine. Baby showers, bridal showers, swag bags...you name it and we can craft it. Simply contact us at the email below with your requirements and we will respond with a quote.
